Here are some things you need to know to make this ride even smoother.

• How to get in touch with us: Email is the best way to communicate with us. Here is our main email address john@touchofclass.online. If you want to make changes and updates, you can do this via your Online Planner Account. Soon you will be given a username and password to access your account. • Availability: Everything with our team can be done via Video Chat or over the phone. Most of our meetings are on weekday evenings. Weekend meetings are typically not available due to event scheduling.

• Emails from us: We like to stay in touch! You will get various emails from us along the way. Some are reminders to do things like fill out your planners. Others may offer amazing services you may not know you needed, and some will be helpful tips and info. You will also receive an email from us AFTER your event. We love reviews! (hint hint)

• Meals: You do not have to feed the DJ. We will not Starve. If you decide to feed us, we will eat with the other vendors out of sight of your guests.

• Arrival/setup: On your day, we typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the event.

• Gratuities: Tipping is totally up to you. We typically see 10 - 20% if the DJ was amazing.

• The Music: Of course, this is our most important thing. This is what we do. Take some time and work on your music planner. Make sure you select songs for all your special moments. Your must-play list has a limit of 25 songs. Your DJ will build a playlist around these songs.
